AQSIQ Issued Several National Standards for Textile and Garment Industry
Recently, the National Standards Committee of the AQSIQ issued an announcement approving the release of 354 national standards, including Woven Children's Clothing, Clothing Measurement Methods, and Color Fastness Test of Textile Products Color Fastness to Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning.
Industry insiders told reporters that, among them, the name of the standard Color Fastness Test of Textile Products Color Fastness to Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning was clearly changed to "Tetrachloroethylene" dry cleaning, which is closer to the dry cleaning solvent actually used in the market, making it have a good correlation with the results of commercial dry cleaning. At the same time, the test principle was modified, adding "the test shall be conducted after the sample is bonded with the lining fabric", and the assessment solvent staining was changed to the lining staining.
It is understood that GB/T5711-2015 Color Fastness to Dry Cleaning of Tetrachloroethylene in Textile Products will be implemented on April 1, 2016. The international standard ISO 105-D01:2010 Tests for Color Fastness of Textiles Part D01: Dry Cleaning Fastness Test was adopted in the revision of this standard, which will replace GB/T5711-1997 Tests for Color Fastness of Textiles Color Fastness to Dry Cleaning.
